VILLA SOUVENANCE

Villa Souvenance is a 150 m² villa that can accommodate up to 14 people.

Located on the coast, just a stone's throw from the beaches, Villa Souvenance overlooks the harbor of Saint-Aygulf and offers an open view of the bay of Saint-Raphaël and the Mediterranean Sea.

Good to know: On request and subject to availability, an additional family room can be rented with access at the end of the garden, accommodating up to 4 additional people.

• Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning throughout the house and its annexes.

First Floor:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200), sink, crib.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed (160x200), sink.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed (160x200).
• Bedroom 4: Double bed (160x200).
• Bedroom 5: Bunk bed for two, small shower, and sink.
• Shower Room: Shower and double sink.
• Toilet

Ground Floor:

• Kitchen: Nespresso machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator, filter coffee maker, aeroccino, blender  etc, etc.
• Laundry Room: Washing machine, dryer, ironing board + iron, cordless vacuum cleaner.
• Toilet
• Living/Dining Room: Dining table, chairs, highchair, TV, Marshall speaker, sofea area.

Garden & Pool Area:

• Bedroom 6 - Garden: Double room (180x200), en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, separate toilet.
• Bedroom 7 - Garden: Double room (180x200), en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, separate toilet.
• Garden: 2800 m² garden with a pool house, boules court, table tennis, and football goals, pergola, garden furniture, tables, chairs.
• Terrace with awning: Garden table with chairs.
• Patio: Gas barbecue.
• Swimming Pool: Sun loungers, parasols, pool towels included.
• Parking: Space for approximately 4 vehicles, automatic gate.

Booking Conditions:

• ONLY ON REQUEST Villa - Availability request
• Weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday.
• Minimum two-week rental in July and August.

Payment Terms:

• To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 35% of the total amount is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
• Tourist tax is not included. It is €3.46 per person per night, payable on-site.

Cleaning Fees:

• Cleaning fees are mandatory and not included in the rental price.
  • €495 for final cleaning + €295 for interim cleaning at the end of each week (for rentals longer than one week).
  • July / August €595 for final cleaning + €295 for interim cleaning at the end of each week (for rentals longer than one week).

Linen and Towels:

• Included in the rental price.

Heating and Pool Maintenance Costs:

• Depending on the outside temperature pool heating is available for an additional €250/week
  • Note: Pool heating increases the water temperature by a few degrees. The temperature depends on the weather conditions.
• Pool maintenance is included. The pool is maintained twice a week, on Saturdays and midweek.
• Pool safety alarm is included.

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations made more than 8 weeks before arrival, the 35% deposit is non-refundable.
• For cancellations made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the full reservation amount is due.
