VILLA PAQUERETTE

Villa Pâquerette is a 200m² villa that can accommodate up to 12 people.

Located in a quiet street in Saint-Aygulf, just a stone's throw from the beaches, Villa Pâquerette overlooks the small shops and ice-cream places on the seafront, and also has a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea.

Villa Pâquerette:

Wifi and reversible air conditioning throughout the house and outbuilding.

First floor

- Bedroom 1: double bed 180x200

- Bedroom 2: double bed 160x200

- Bedroom 3: double bed 160x200, sink

- Bedroom 4: double bunk bed, cot

- Shower room: toilet, walk-in shower and double washbasin

Ground floor

- Bedroom 5: double bed 160x200

- Shower room: walk-in shower and washbasin

- Toilet

- Kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, filter coffee maker, aeroccino, blender  etc.

- Laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cordless hoover

- Lounge/dining room: dining table, chairs, baby highchair, TV, Marshall speaker, sofa area.

Garden & Pool

- Bedroom 6 – “garden”: double bedroom 160x200, shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, separate toilet.

- Garden: 1800m² garden, Plancha, boules area, table tennis, garden furniture, tables, chairs

- Swimming pool: sun loungers, parasols, pool towels included.

- Parking: parking spaces for approx. 3 cars.

Booking Conditions:

• Only on request Villa - Availability request
• Weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday.
• Minimum two-week rental in July and August.

Payment Terms:

• To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 35% of the total amount is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
• Tourist tax is not included. It is €3.46 per person per night, payable on-site.

Cleaning Fees:

• Cleaning fees are mandatory and not included in the rental price.
  • €380 for final cleaning + €205 for interim cleaning at the end of each week (for rentals longer than one week).
  • Juli und August: €480 for final cleaning + €205 for interim cleaning at the end of each week (for rentals longer than one week).

Linen and Towels:

• Included in the rental price.

Heating and Pool Maintenance Costs:

• Depending on the outside temperature pool heating is available for an additional €250/week
  • Note: Pool heating increases the water temperature by a few degrees. The temperature depends on the weather conditions.
• Pool maintenance is included. The pool is maintained twice a week, on Saturdays and midweek.
• Pool safety alarm is included.

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations made more than 8 weeks before arrival, the 35% deposit is non-refundable.
• For cancellations made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the full reservation amount is due.
